With the Florida Department of Citrus’ Back to the Grove recipe contest, aspiring chefs can submit a unique food or non-alcoholic beverage recipe that uses at least 8 ounces of 100 percent Florida orange juice. Entries received between now and March 14, 2008 qualify for a chance to win a grand prize trip to Florida. An expert judging panel, including members of the highly acclaimed Johnson & Wales College of Culinary Arts teaching staff, will review all entries based on their innovation and uniqueness, health and nutrition value, and ease of preparation. Sunny Orlando awaits one grand prize winner and a guest, who will receive a three-night, four-day, citrus-inspired Florida experience, including a tour through peak-season orange groves and a personal cooking class with a renowned Florida chef. Contest entry forms and additional contest information are available at http://www.floridajuice.com/backtothegrove.
